The dated styling proposed a challenge to "open up the space" to create one large kitchen and living room. In order to accomplish this, walls, electrical and heating components between rooms were removed.
Large windows replaced all of the windows in the house to bring the outdoors inside the home. The stairway, bedrooms and bathrooms were all completed to make the home an individual and complete personal stamping for the new homeowners.
Glengarry Construction removed that walls in the main living space making the updated kitchen and living area a huge space. The windows that were ordered were the largest possible on the build site and they bring nature inside the home and provides a view of Presqu'ile peninsula. A continuous design theme was carried throughout the home and it was congruous to the homeowners' personality.
